Under section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the
New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated the 13th day of September 2005, hereby classifies
the recreation reserve described in the Schedule for recreation reserve purposes to form part of the gazetted named Pukearuhe Domain Recreation Reserve.
