Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the
New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated the 13th day of September 2005, hereby classifies
the public reserve described in the First Schedule and the recreation reserve described in the Second Schedule
for recreation reserve purposes to form part of Shearer Recreation Reserve.
