Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the
New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated the 13th day of September 2005, hereby classifies the local purpose (fostering iwi activity and extending coastal reserves and the coastal walkway) reserve described in
the Schedule for local purpose (fostering iwi activity and extending coastal reserves and the coastal walkway) reserve purposes.
