Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the
New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated the 13th day of September 2005, hereby classifies
the recreation reserve described in the Schedule for recreation reserve purposes to form part of Hickford Park Recreation Reserve.
