Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the
New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated the 13th day of September 2005, hereby classifies the local purpose (esplanade) reserve described in the Schedule for recreation reserve purposes to form part of East End Recreation Reserve.
