Pursuant to section 24A of the Reserves Act 1977, Anthony Percy Quirk, Marlborough District Council hereby:
(a) changes the classification of the reserve described in the First Schedule from a local purpose (site for plunket rooms) reserve to a local purpose (civic purposes) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act;
(b) changes the classification of the reserve described
in the Second Schedule from a local purpose (municipal buildings and car park access) reserve to a local purpose (civic purposes) reserve, subject to the provisions of the
Act; and
(c) changes the classification of the reserves described in the Third Schedule from a local purpose (site for municipal buildings) reserve to a local purpose (civic purposes) reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act.
