Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy
of the Department of Conservation hereby revokes
the reservation over the local purpose reserve described
in the Schedule and declares the land may be disposed of
by the Wellington City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any sale to be paid into the general funds of the council.
