Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Canterbury Conservancy of the Department of Conservation notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Waimakariri District Council on the 1st day
of February 2011:
"In exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Waimakariri District Council resolves that the piece of land held by council
in fee simple and described in the schedule, be declared to be a recreation reserve".
