Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, and sections 20 and 28 of the Public Works Act 1981, Frazer Robert Tweedie, Land and Corridor Manager, New Zealand Railways Corporation, pursuant to a power delegated to him, under section 10 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, hereby declares that, pursuant to an agreement having been entered into, a right of way easement (for the purposes of maintenance of railway infrastructure) in gross in perpetuity and having the rights and powers set out in Schedule 4 of the Land Transfer Regulations 2002 and Schedule 5 of the Property Law Act 2007 is hereby acquired over the land described in the Schedule and shall vest in Her Majesty The Queen for railway purposes on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
