On the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the
Maori freehold land described as Lot 72B No. 3Y No. 9A (Tu te Ao Marae) and Matata Lot 72B No. 3Y No. 13 was set apart as a Maori reservation by notices published
in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 October 1985, No. 201, page 4768, and New Zealand Gazette, 5 December 1996, No. 176, page 4646, for the purpose of a marae for the common use and benefit of Nga Maihi.
Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart and is to be included in the said reservation.
