Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation in respect of the lands known as Wharekawa 5B North 5A 1 Block and Wharekawa 5B North No 3A Block, which were set apart for the purpose of a meeting house for members of the Ngati Paoa and Ngati Whanaunga tribes by notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 November 1969, No. 76, page 2342.
