Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the
New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 27 May 2008, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule held primarily for the purpose of public plantation and pleasure ground and secondly for the purpose of a recreation ground, for recreation reserve purposes.
