Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, as to
the land described in the First Schedule and under section 16(1) of the said Act, acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation as to the land described in the Second Schedule, the New Plymouth District Council, pursuant to a resolution dated the 27th day of May 2008, hereby classifies the recreation reserve described in the Schedules for recreation reserve purposes.
