Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and
to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice headed Land Taken for Road, and Road Stopped and Vested-Zig Zag Road, Kumara, Westland District, dated the 16th day of June 2011 and published in
the New Zealand Gazette, 23 June 2011, No. 86, page 2112, by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting the following:
"(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to
this notice to be stopped and vested in Her Majesty The Queen as conservation land subject to the Conservation Act 1987."
