Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948, the Conservator of the West Coast Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby set apart for a scenic reserve and shall vest in the Department of Conservation on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
