Pursuant to section 338(5)(d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the persons or class of persons for whose use or benefit
the reservation is made, as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 March 1971, No. 17, page 366, in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby redefined to be for the common use and benefit of Tuhoe whanui under the authority of Ngati Haka/Patuheuheu and the Waiohau whanau.
