Pursuant to section 338(5)(d) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the persons or class of persons for whose use or benefit
the reservation is made, as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 August 1971, No. 61, page 1648, in respect of the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby redefined to be for the common use and benefit of the iwi of Ngati Tahu.
