Pursuant to section 338(1)(b) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court to set apart the flagpole area of 48 square metres of Lot 2 DP 3040, being general land, as a wahi tapu to be known as Manutahi Reservation for the purpose of gathering the Returned Services Association dependants and family.
