Pursuant to sections 24 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, Frazer Robert Tweedie, Security and Corridor Manager, New Zealand Railways Corporation, pursuant to
a power delegated to him under section 10 of the
New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981, hereby declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for and on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen for railway purposes on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, with effect that:
(a) Part of Accessory Unit 10 and the common property above and below Accessory Unit 10 on DP 84206 is transferred to become common property (for the purposes of a redevelopment as set out in section 8(1)(c) of the Unit Titles Act 2010); and
(b) The land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for railway purposes and is vested in Her Majesty The Queen (for the purposes of a transfer under sections 15 and 57(1) of the Unit Titles Act 2010).
