(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Masterton District Council;
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 271716, subject to Mortgage 7160048.3;
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN10C/592, subject to Mortgage B810382.2; and
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Certificate of Title WN13A/324
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
