Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice declaring land to be road and road to be stopped and amalgamated dated the 13th day of June 2011, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 June 2011, No. 86, page 2117, by deleting:
"(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to
this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 424720 subject to all existing encumbrances"
and substituting it with the following;
"(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to
this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 424720 subject to all existing encumbrances"
