Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, which has the effect of adding the portions of road described in the Second Schedule to State Highway 1 pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), declares Sections 10 and 17 shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN611/37 subject to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987.
(c) Pursuant to section 52(1), declares the stopped road described in the Third Schedule, shown as Section 69 on SO 412371, and the land described in the Fourth Schedule to be set apart for railway purposes and remain vested in the Crown.
