Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation declares that the following words are deleted from the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette,
8 November 1990, No. 195, page 4263:
"subject to the Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation approving any management plan for the reserve and any amendments thereto".
In all other respects the original notice remains in full effect.
