Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Paul Stephen Kelly, Land Information New Zealand, pursuant to agreements to that effect having been entered into:
(a) Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Buller District Council;
(b) Pursuant to section 116(1), declares the road described in the Second, Third and Fourth Schedules to this notice to be stopped; and
(c) Pursuant to section 117(3)(b):
(i) the stopped road described in the Second Schedule shall become Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948; and
(ii) the stopped road described in the Third Schedule shall revest in Her Majesty The Queen as riverbed (Mawheraiti (Little Grey) River, Snowy River and Blackwater River);
(d) Pursuant to sections 117(3)(b) and 120(3), declares the stopped road described in the Fourth Schedule shall amalgamate with the land contained in Computer Freehold Register NL10B/287 Nelson Land Registry, subject to the rights, interests, easements and mortgages contained therein
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
