Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council.
(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council excluding minerals reserved by section 8 of the Coal Mines Act 1950.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA397/161, subject to Mortgage B663354.2.
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA728/210, subject to Mortgage B217508.2.
(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA397/162, subject to Mortgage 7833404.3.
(f) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Sixth Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA1732/80, subject to Mortgage 7833404.3.
(g) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Seventh Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA33D/938, subject to Mortgage B663403.4.
(h) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Eighth Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA28A/887, subject to Mortgage 5612481.2.
(i) Declares the land described in the Ninth Schedule hereto to be taken, under section 119, and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA728/210, subject to Mortgage B217508.2.
(j) Declares the land described in the Tenth Schedule hereto to be taken, under section 119, and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA1732/80, subject to Mortgage 7833404.3.
