Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road vested in the South Waikato District Council excluding minerals reserved by section 206 of the Land Act 1924.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA38D/699, subject to Mortgages B160432.1 and H761496.2.
