Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA49B/159, subject to Mortgages 5209052.3 and 5209052.4.
(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Third Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA783/279, subject to Mortgages 5209052.3 and 5209052.4.
(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA305/117, subject to Mortgages 5209052.3 and 5209052.4.
(e) Declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be taken, under section 119, and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA783/279, subject to Mortgages 5209052.3 and 5209052.4.
(f) Declares the land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto to be taken, under section 119, and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register SA305/117, subject to Mortgages 5209052.3 and 5209052.4.
