(a) Declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be exempt from the provision of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925 and to be Crown land, subject to
the Land Act 1948; and
(b) Declares the land described in the Second Schedule hereto to be exempt from the provision of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925 and to be Crown land, subject to
the Land Act 1948.
