Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori
Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation in respect of the land known as Motatau 1C 7A 1 Block which was set apart for the purpose of a marae for
the common use of the Ngatihine sub-tribe and Maori generally of the Matawaia district by notice published in
the New Zealand Gazette, 8 March 1951, No. 18, page 300.
