Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that,
an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired as recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and vested on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette in the Taupo District Council, together with a right of way in gross over part coloured yellow on DPS 15497 created by Transfer S535177 in favour of the Taupo District Council.
