Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Stephen Robert Gilbert, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is set apart for soil conservation and river control (Ruahapia Stream drainage) and shall remain vested in the Hawke's Bay Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
