In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Far North District Council notifies the resolution passed on 28 April 2011:
"That under section 14 of the Act the Far North District Council resolved to declare that piece of land, held
in fee simple by the Council and described in the Schedule, be declared to be historic reserve, and that
the reserve be known as Williams House and Gardens Historic Reserve."
