Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 11th day of April 2011 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
21 April 2011, No. 55, page 1288, by deleting the land in the Schedule to that notice and replacing it with the land
in the Schedule to this notice which, pursuant to section 5
of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 1 and shall vest in the Crown on the date
of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
