Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice headed Land Acquired for Recreation Reserve-West Coast Road, Waitakere City, dated the 6th day of July 2009 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 July 2009, No. 101, page 2310, by deleting the words
"LT 430322"
and substituting the words
"LT 420322".
