Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Upper Hutt City Council has authorised the exchange of the reserve described in
the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule.
This notice is a replacement of the notice headed Authorisation of the Exchange of a Reserve for Other Land, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 25 November 2010, No. 156, page 3910, which incorrectly recorded the land
in the First Schedule as
"Lot 2"
and the land in the Second Schedule as
"Lot 1".
