Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the general land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of wahi tapu, a place of cultural and historical significance to the tangata whenua, for the common use and benefit of the beneficiaries of the Kohunui Marae. The reservation is to be known as the Parikarangaranga Pa.
