Under section 16(10) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by resolution dated the 23rd day of February 2011, the
South Wairarapa District Council declares that the local purpose reserve at Martinborough and described in the Schedule below shall hereafter be known as "Helen Anne Cook Reserve".
