(a) Pursuant to section 120(3), declares the land in the First Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with
the land in Computer Freehold Register HBE2/335, subject to Encumbrance 7925512.1 and Mortgage 7920631.1;
(b) Pursuant to section 120(3), declares the land in the Second Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with
the land in Computer Freehold Register HBW4/506, subject to Encumbrance 7925512.1 and Mortgage 7920631.1
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
