Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place and a place for dwellings for the common use and benefit of the owners of the said land and is to be commonly known as the Tauranga Taupo 2B2L33B Maori Reservation.
