Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Relations Manager of the Nelson/Marlborough Conservancy of
the Department of Conservation, classifies the reserve described in the First Schedule, as a local purpose (site for
a public hall) reserve and further, vests the reserve in the Marlborough District Council and declares that the reserves described in the First and Second Schedules shall be united to form one reserve.
