Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice declaring land acquired for the purposes of river control and river diversion, dated the 22nd day of December 2010 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 January 2011, No. 5, page 103, by deleting the following from the First Schedule:
