Pursuant to section 15(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Council hereby authorises the exchange of land described in the First Schedule hereto, being a portion of scenic reserve situated at 48 Glendhu Road, Greenhithe, for the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
