Pursuant to section 11 of the Commodity Levies
(Navel Oranges) Order 2006, navel orange growers and collection agents are advised that the levy rate for the
year starting 1 April 2012 was set at the annual general meeting held on 1 September 2011.
From 1 April 2012, the levy rate for navel oranges
(except those sold for processing) will remain set at one
cent per kilogram.
