Pursuant to the Racing Act 2003, notice is given of amendments to the following rules of the New Zealand Rules of Harness Racing passed at a meeting of the board
of Harness Racing New Zealand Incorporated on 31 January 2011:
Rules 201-228 (inclusive);
Rule 1103(4)(c); and
Rule 1201(2)(e)
