Pursuant to Part 6, section 130(1) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 ("HPCA Act"), the following notice is given.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Dietitians (Fees) Notice (No. 2) 2011.
(2) This notice is to gazette the increased equivalency assessment fee, which is to be paid in respect of the Equivalency Assessment fees for overseas trained dietitians (other than those meeting the UK Policy). The fee is to take effect as from
1 December 2011.
(3) The fee for equivalency assessment for dietitians meeting the board’s UK trained and registered dietitians policy, remains at $409.00.
(4) The increased fee is denoted with *.
(5) This notice revokes all previous Dietitians (Fees) Notices published in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Fees-The Dietitians Board sets all the fees, payable to the board, as specified in the attached Schedule.
3. Tax-The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.
