Pursuant to the terms of the Insurance Companies (Ratings & Inspections) Act 1994, the rating agency Standard and Poor’s (Australia) Pty Limited announced that as from
18 March 2011, the rating of Quest Insurance Group Limited’s financial strength has been downgraded to "CC".
