Pursuant to section 160(3) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I, Gabriel Makhlouf, Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 13 December 2011 we, Lesley Longstone, Secretary for Education, and Gabriel Makhlouf, Secretary to the Treasury, gave approval under section 160(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, in relation to section 161 of that Act, for Hampstead School Board of Trustees to acquire shares in Ashburton Trading Society Limited up to an aggregate maximum value of $500.00.
