Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 12 April 2010, which
was granted under those Regulations to Brenda Brian
in respect of Edukids Kilmarnock Nursery Education
& Care Centre (70171), situated at 27 Kilmarnock Street, Riccarton, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
