Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 July 2010, which
was granted under those Regulations to Carolyn Gallagher in respect of Queen Elizabeth II Park Pre School
Centre (70433), situated at 193 Travis Road, Northcote, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
