Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 13 June 2011, which
was granted under those Regulations to Joan Franssen
in respect of Spreydon Hoon Hay Kindergarten (70453), situated at 2 Sparks Road, Spreydon, Christchurch.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
